Corrections policy

We aim for every figure to match the official source at the time of checking. When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and openly.

What we correct

• Specification or price errors against the official source
• Scoring errors caused by a wrong value or wrong row direction
• Editorial statements contradicted by the data

How it works

Reports are checked against the source within five working days. Because every page is generated from one database, a corrected product value updates every comparison that product appears in, and the verification date on those pages changes.
