I had 2 Globe Postpaid Accounts pero sobrang bulok! I encountered problems within the system and the management, whenever I try to call someone Landline or Cellphone it always have this “One Way Audio” and “Diverted Call” Problem!

One Way Audio = you can hear the other person who’s on the line but that person cannot hear you and vice versa.

Diverted Call = your call will be connected pero ibang tao ang makakausap ng tinagawan mo.

The greatest upset na nakuha ko having those Postpaid Plans is that the management has full of excuses under their sleeves instead of solutions and even though that they gave me some adjustments to my accounts it was not enough to keep me satisfied.

Mas maganda ang globe kasi mag load lang ka 600 pesos yun super duo unli call kana sa loob ng 1 buwan at madali karin maka call ng globe to globe or globe to tm…

sa smart din totoo yun magnanakaw cla ng load..kahit marami man cla ng celsite sa bahagi ng buong pilipinas. malayo parin sa globe. ang globe kasi napaka maganda ang kanila services…salodo ako sa globe kaya ngayon globe na ako…i just invite all my friends nga globe na ang gagamitin nila..thats my recommendation…

Talagang magnanakaw ang SMART. Nagbibigay ng daily “Free” ringback, pagkatapos kailangang mag-text ng code para i-deactivate ito. Ang masama dito, hindi pa free of charge. Kung sa Globe, ang mga service messages ay free, ang SMART, P2.50 ang bawat service message. Nakakabuwisit pa rito ay kung wrong code ang iyong ti-next, gagastos ka na naman ng another P2.50 para sa tamang code.

Marami ding mga tao ang nag-co-complain sa store ng aking Lola kung bakit nauubos daw kaagad ang kanilang load sa SMART. Dati namang ganyan sa SMART, nag-e-expire ang prepaid load ilang araw bago pa ang tinakdang expiry date. Kaya mas marami silang revenue kaysa sa Globe dahil maraming ninanakawang mga customer.

Bilib ako sa Globe, kung ano ang expiry date ng load, talagang sa date na iyon mag-e-expire. Ine-extend pa nga noon ng ilang araw ang load, kahit pa tapos na ang expiry date. Free of charge halos lahat ng kanilang service messages, at free din ang pag-deactivate ng mga ito. Mabuti na lang at lumipat ako sa Globe.

i used smart b4 ok lng xa pgwalang signal ang globe dat was 3yrs ago. pero ngayun globe user na aq. y?
first mahal ang smart, pgbumili ka sa mga tyanggi may patong na 3php, sa globe, wala. nagnanakaw ng load ang smart ang globe d q pa na experience yun. yung promo ng smart ok lng pero d xa ngcoconfirm pgtapos na sayang ung extra load mu d mu alam ntxt u na ksi end na promo mu. sa globe d ganun, they confirm u that promo ends now. ung other network ng smart na promo ewan q kng active un?! pgnload ka ng alltxt may other network xa pro pgnagtxt ka sa globe ung kasunod check op na, so load utit ng pasa load. magastos. this is my comparison sa globe at smart. so for me globe is transparent and excellent in service.

Maganda Globe when it comes to roaming.
Maganda Smart pagdating sa network coverage in the Philippines.
Both have very bad customer service.
