Pacquiao vs Hatton?

Pacquiao versus Hatton?

I am a Pacquiao Fan, not just because I am a Filipino but also because he in fact had great fights, a best pound for pound boxer indeed. I always side Pacquiao in his bouts. But if asked who I bet between Hatton and Pacquiao in May? I think I would say I go for Hatton. (crossfinger!)

Who do you think is the better? the winner? Month of May will tell who…:)

Lebron James versus Kobe Bryant

Lebron James versus Kobe Bryant?

Olympics in Beijing is just around the corner. One of the games I’m eager to watch is basketball, to see Lebron again and his high flying dunks. I’m anxious to see how will Lebron lead the US Team and bring home a Champion. If he has not brought the Cavaliers to NBA Champs this year because he lacks team duo/ assitance, maybe this is the right time.

However, just this morning I heard from a friend that he saw KOBE Bryant on TV commenting that he’s nervous on the olympics because its his first time to lead the US to Olympic game. What?

Will Kobe Bryant lead the US team or Is it Lebron James? Lets wait and see..

Will it really be KOBE BRYANT? or LEBRON JAMES?

Pacquiao vs Diaz

Manny Pacquiao versus David Diaz? WHO WOULD YOU BET?

PACQUIAO: This will be my hardest-fought battle. It’s been over three years since I have changed weight divisions and I will be doing it against the lightweight division’s world champion. I saw how he took the fight to Erik Morales in his last title defense and I’m expecting to see the same firepower out of him when we meet. But this is my drive for five. Five world titles in five different weight classes and I will not be denied. I am fighting for history, for destiny and for my people of the Philippines .”

DIAZ: Manny Pacquiao has beaten many great fighters, especially Mexicans like Morales, Barrera, Marquez, Larios and Solis. That’s why they call him “The Mexicutioner,” said Diaz. “I will shock the world and beat Pacquiao at his own game, power for power. He’s a great champion but he’s fighting in my division – lightweight. I have worked too hard for this world title and I will not give it up to him.”

LA Lakers versus Boston Celtics

Im an avid fan of Los Angeles Lakers since time of Magic Johnson. That was the same time when Lakers contend with its favorite all time “favorite” rival Boston Celtics. Now comes again another chance of proving who’s the better team. Could it be the Lakers this time or Boston Celtics? Does Phil Jacksons strategy or presence of Pau Gasol and agility of Kobe Brynant beat the power of Kevin Garnet and the tremendous performances of Paul Pierce and Rey Allen? Who could win it this time?

Before the Semi-finals started, i thought LA could make a sweep win over the Celtics. But as i heard the news early this morning that LA was beaten by the C’s in the 2nd game, i simply could not believe it. Kobe could have been injured, i contend 🙂

I watched a replay of the 2nd game later this day and saw the whole game. WHOA? I think i underestimated Boston! They have very good players! Not one in a time they had an inefficient pro in that court!

Yet, “it aint over till its over” they say. Who could really win this game? excited to watch the Game 3 on the next day to follow.

My LA team won. BUt even if they won the game, their teamwork wasn’t that commendable. It seemed they lack something,

Game 4

I have only watched the first half and LA LAkers had tremendous performance. Odom was in charge on the first quarter, and everybody in the team was fabolous. “This is a sure win”, I thought. Unfortunately, my brother in law informed me that LA lost 97-91. I dont know what went wrong, everything was great on the 1st and 2nd quarter. I’ll have to find out.
